But if a guy pays to a prostitute then what is wrong with declaring a part of it as tax? It is afterall her income.
@OctoPops BrileyCat didn't realize that there is already a law that taxes gifts over a certain amount, and that the tax is imposed on the giver.If you pay a hooker, then she is legally taxed on that income, but they rarely declare it unless they work in a Nevada brothel.
