I am married and want my assistant, but don't want to blow it. How can I tell if she wants me?

I am married my assistant who I see a few times a month is very conservative but is willing to go anywhere with me on my assignments. I want her but I am not sure she wants me. She knows I am married, never asks about my wife or kids in any way. Today I ask her to meet at the mall to pick out some shirts for a shoot we are doing. She was happy to meet me. When I said was going to buy her one as well so we could match (not because we are couple but for this particular shoot) she was surprised and said she didn't know that I was going to buy her something. She Thanked me several times also I she said no one ever opens the door for her until she met me. Anyway this shoot coming this weekend I was given a room for the weekend in a 5 star resort but I live only 5 minutes away so I told her she could have it. They gave it to me to store my equipment. She said she wanted for the weekend. She has no boyfriend and no male friends so how do I get her invite me hang out in her room? Do I not say nothing or should I say something early in day? Any suggestions. Part of me thinks she wants me to just take her but I am afraid if I do and she rejects me it could hurt our working relationship but on the last shoot she hung out with me in my room until 4 in the morning drank a beer, kept saying she had to go which I was okay with and never coaxed her to stay but when the movie was over I asked her to let me take photos of her and she did, nothing sexual but just a little seductive but then she said she was tired and went. So I am not sure what to do. Any help is great welcomed. I want her so bad. She told me was not with anyone because did not want a serious relationship but that she was not into flings either so I am clueless. Girls out there any thoughts to this.

OK I know I am married so please refrain from any negativity about this. I really want this girl but don't want to hurt our working relationship. So if you can get back to me soon I would really appreciate it.

why don't you just straight forward ask her "do you want a sexual relationship with me? do you want me to f*** you?" and if she says "how about your wife and kids" then you have to answer and your answer would be like "I'll divorce her for you! You see there was the girl about a year ago and that was all it was and it ended okay and we are friends but man she did things that my wife doesn't do and that is really probally the root of all relationships. well let's see...It seems you already know that if you hook up with your little friend here you have a lot to loose. If your wife and kids find out they will never look at you the same ever again. instead of trying to figure out how to f*** your coworker without getting caught, maybe you should think about what a douchebag you'd be for doing so. Besides, its not like she matters as much as your Wife AND kids do. They'll be there for you no matter what not this chick you work with. don't do that:( and if you do at least wear protection. I know that this will only end badly, whatI am trying to figure out why I am feeling this way on top of this. It's just that after 16 years of being married I guess I want to think I still have it. My wife often says that many girls look at me and because I am very outgoing many get the wrong message when I am only being nice.

I think it's a bad idea all around! 1-Obviously you are married, how would you feel if your wife was banging some random guy. 2-you have kids to think about. 3-In my own personal experience hooking up with someone who works for you doesn't usually work. What if this girl gets attached to you? It would probably hurt her in the long run because, lets face it you probably aren't going to leave your wife and kids for a random you were sleeping with. UPDATE: I talked with my assistant and told her that I had to get it off my chest that I really liked her but it was purely physical and that I did not want to act on it unless she felt the same way but we had to talk more about it. She said she felt the same way. We talked and agreed on ground rules so I am going to F*** her, I am going to F*** her. Okay I know this sound really immature but that is all I want and she knows it. Don't tell this doesn't happen because it does.
