I know that they exist. And that they were somehow involved in some war. Which I could say about pretty much any group of people. I don't remember how they were involved though. But guessing from the title of the video that you attached, it likely wasn't something that they chose.

I've heard about them, bu I don't know much, just that they have complicated relationship with Turkey.
Cool people who want to have their own country.
Yeah, and I do have sympathy for them... they've never had their own country whereas if they would, I'm confident they'd be a more peaceful people than their present enemies :o
So for me, Kurdistan can become a fact yesterday :D

I only know that they in and around Easten turkey and northern Iraq.
That would be really sad if I didn't lol, Seriously though I guess you could call me a bit of a history buff, because I know lots of random trivia like things about all kinds of history. Dynasty era, Ottoman empire, American history, Spanish history, Babylonian history, etc. I guess the best way to explain to people in one word who the Kurds are is that we are "nomads."
Kurds are one of most progessive and socially advanced people in the middle east. Shame they are held back... if they had a country of their own, it would be among the most powerful and wealthiest states (oil fields and natural ressources). So much poteniel but all they are destined to do is to suffer in the hands of the shittiest states in the world...
I am from cemtral Europe and I think I know enough about them. And they deserve their own country.
Yea we know all the bad things! Killing people, fighting for getting money! Bombing theirselfs against innocents kids people in Turkey, Syria and Iraq.. trading weapons in the middle east... Gangsters and the most bad things in the world!
They are Middle Eastern Christendom’s closest allies because they are Shias who have likewise suffered under the Sunni menace for way too long. They are one of the most progressive and tolerant of all groups in the Middle East.
Do I know potential terrorists? I had kurdish friends and some of them were passive terrorists and some of them were normal humans. I don't like them at the beginning.
Major respect for the Kurds, not afraid to stand up for themselves even when the odds are stacked against them
I'm familiar with Kurdish history, at least for a Westerner. And I have a relative who served in Iraq, and thought the best people there, were the Kurds. He respected them.
Yes, and I think they deserve independence. The Jews got it, why shouldn't the Kurds?
Don't worry, I won't do a cheesy cheese joke about curds or anything.Uh no that's WAY too long lol sorry
All I know is that Iraq and Turkey have come into conflict with them as their borders intersect, and they help against ISISYes, they are a very interesting ethnicity, living in several countries (Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Syria).
i believe all people are deserving of their own sovereign state and self determination
