What would you do if a guy called you handsome, perfect and kissed your hand?

Let's say you have a sister and she bought a cross dressing, 17 year old boy named Dustin to your house. ( he's 5'2, wears makeup, dress, lipstick, and a wig) he also makes his voice sound like a girl. He made himself look physically like a cute girl. So when you first saw him you think he's a girl. He smiles at you excitedly, says hi, my name is Emily! I'm from New Zealand and I love to party and wear makeup! You guys start talking, he says your amazing, the smartest guy he's ever met, the greatest guy ever and he also acted stupid and naïve like for example he said Nevada is a country right? Oh, the sky is blue? I had no idea! And laughs. He called you handsome and asked you to give him 40 dollars and says he's homeless and needs extra money. He also kissed your hand. Your sister giggles and says Dustin is such a con artist. She grabs Dustin between his legs, even though he tried to push her away, she lifts up his dress and you see that Dustin is really a boy in a dress. Dustin turns red, backs away and looks terrified. What would you do?
