It deadly depends on the person.
I was 17 🤷🏾‍♀️ months from turning 18.
I waited until I was kinda responsible enough to take care of myself. I wouldn’t involve my Parents if something had happened (like pregnancy) I would be able to kinda afford it, nobody would have to be burdened by the situation.
But that never happened until today because I’m very responsible 🤷🏾‍♀️
