Yes I would.

No I would not, but if a trans person wants to be called their preferred of 'he' or 'her' it's fine

I only refer to people as 'he' or 'her' according to how they were at birth

Maybe if I was at work and felt like I had to avoid getting in trouble, but thankfully there aren't any freaks like that where I live. Seems like the people who feel like they are soo special that everyone around them has to refer to them with made up pronouns generally live in either California or NY.
