Teacher trying to set me up with her son?

my teacher who is pretty awesome is trying to get me and her son together. kinda awkward don't ya think?, well I know nothing about him really. I know his age, height and that's about it, I don't even know what he looks like but honestly that isn't the most important thing.

i was just wondering what people thought about a teacher trying to get you and her son together?

I have good friends who met that way. It was the reverse, I guess, it was her mom who set them up. They're married now, with a kid on the way. Not saying anything like that would happen to you, but it seems okay to take a shot. On the other hand, if you're currently in this teacher's class I'd think you might want to wait until that was over. If things did go badly you wouldn't want to be in an awkward situation like that.

Well I love this teacher, even though I have what I have her for she is awesome. I don't think she would ever treat me diffrent whatever happens. I guess I wil just see what happends

personally I think that's very weird. if I was you I would tell the teacher that I wouldn't consider anything unless her son approached you and did things on his own. sure she can introduce you two but if he can't hold your interest I can guarantee it won't end well

i know we both have anixety problems so actully meeting new people is a bit difficult and she says me and her son would be good together becuase of how we are and what we like to do.

Well eventually you two have to meet each other anyways. try asking her to set up somewhere or a short time where you two can meet for a bit. and let things go from there on
