Is my teacher hitting on me?

So basically, I go to very small private school. Most of the students there are weird looking. And I was the new girl. One day I was walking down the hall and There were 3 teachers standing there I asked if someone could show me to a certain class and immediately Mr. Burns* insisted and he walks me downstairs to class and on the way there he asks me personal questions. When I show up to his class he questions me again on a personal level. Days later, he asked me if I had any sisters. Then things became physical he'd stand behind me and give me massages, pull on my ear, and touch my arm whenever he got a chance. When I would walk past him in the hallway, he would turn and watch me. He would stare at me in class. I go to a dominantly black school so the student would question me on my race and hair (mom's asian) and he would get all into the convo and watch hard. Once my friend asked him why does he keep staring at me, and he goes huh, I was staring at the class. So people what do think. by the way I think I'm starting to like him.
