Okay. This is what you do:
You and your boyfriend hangout a few times when you know the roommate is going to be there and around the both of you. Sit on your boyfriend's lap and say something like: I love you so much! I am so lucky that you are my guy! Have your boyfriend say something like: I love you too, baby. I would f**k up any guy that tried to take you away from me! You are my everything, girl... Then, the two of you start making out and kissing passionately. Get heated up to the point that you leave the area that the roommate is in and you two head for your bedroom and slam the door. Whether you really make out or just pretend, make A LOT of noise...lots of groaning and so on. Repeat this performance a few times in front of the roommate for about a month. If this jerk dares to put a move on you after he actually sees how tight you are with your boyfriend, you can just tell him that you are totally into your boyfriend, if he hadn't noticed, and that you have absolutely no romantic interest in him. You can also add that your boyfriend had better not hear him (the roommate) talking all lovey dovey to you or he will mess him up real bad.

You should talk to him. Don't be mean, just tell him that you don't think it's appropriate that he flirts with you. Your boyfriend could also try talking to him as well. I'm sure if his girlfriend knew, she would be very unhappy.
Tell him that the two of you are together because you have genital herpes :D. But seriously the only solution to this kind of thing is being strait forward with him when he flirts tell him he is creepy and he needs to stop trying to flirt with you because you have a boyfriend (keyword there is creepy). If that doesn't work or you don't want to try that then you or he has got to move out.
Having your boyfriend confront him might help but more likely it will just make drama in the house worse.
Confront him and tell him off.
If that doesn't work, tell your boyfriend your uncomfortable and tell your boyfriend to tell him off in a nice but firm way.
If that doesn't work, tell your boyfriend to kick his a$$ . But do this as a last resort since this will cause a lot of drama.

Talk to the girlfriend. Maybe she'll square him away. If that doesn't do anything. Then other actions/approaches need to be put in play.
thats something your boyfriend should handle, he needs to tell him straight up that he needs to stop it or get the f*** out of his house.
have your boyfriend grow a pair and confront him
kick out the roommate
or you move out1. Confront the roommate and tell him to STOP.
2. If #1 fails then it's time to find a new roommate. You are so lucky. You have a boyfriend & a guy who likes you too. :(
