Personally I think both feminism and MGTOW are pretty much garbage and I choose only for woman who are traditionally oriented towards life. I have joined a political traditional community and the women who are in it are totally awesome. Besides feminism makes use of the same logic as Marxism. You just have to change the narrative that the bosses are exploiting the workers to men exploiting women. Thats how easy you change from communism to feminism. Both feminism and communism say that they are the only force in the world that can stop the exploitation. The historical dialectic of both feminism and communism turn EVERYTHING into a debate of workers VS bosses or men VS women. That is clearly meant in communism to trigger a class war which Marx could not stop talking about. Feminism is thus meant to start a gender war, which it does considering MGTOW exists. I, an intellectual of course see through the lies of feminism and opt for the conservative safe option.

In Germany, trade unionists and works councils elected by employees have full voting rights on the boards of companies, and it works very well. (Which is why it confused the heck out of VW, iirc, when Americans voted recently not to have representation.)
Treating women as equals (also popular in Germany) works very well, too.
