I have no firsthand knowledge, but I’ve noticed that eye before myself. I always thought it looked like some sort of nerve damage secondary to a seizure which I presume she had as a child (they’re more common). She could just be asymmetrical, but it looks more like nerve damage to me although I repeat that I have no evidence to verify my hypothesis.
