Not exactly. A man is a man because he has an high enough level of testosteron, he has XY chromosome, etc... Some people are born with XXY Chromosome, have anomalous levels of hormones, etc...

@Dionigi Get them a shrink and medication that's how. If you felt like you were an Italian Hoagie and not a person and truly believed it they would put you in a mental hospital right? So how is that any different. Someone who truly believes they are something they aren't is mentally ill there is no way around that and encouraging it is why they end up killing themselves because they realize what they have done.
So your solution is letting experts help them, right?

Looking at it from a sociological lens. People treat them badly because they have a mental illness. Guess what everyone will be treated badly one way or another. Instead of feeding a disorder and allowing it to become socially exceptable they should be helped.
