The idea that 'the future is female' is wrong is correct but your reasons are shitty and whiny.
Men are more competent than women in tons of fields as well as being more driven. Men are also better at cooperation.
So even if a country were to suddenly pass a law that all the big positions could only be fufilled by women they would end up having everything ran incompetently. This would cause the country to collapse. Sweden is the european country that puts the most emphasis on 'empowering women' with women in tons of key government positions. And it will be fortunate if the country even exists at all in the next 30 years. And the irony of ironies what is going to replace is probably some sort of Muslim patriarchy.
