I think one of the biggest lies society tells women is that their freedom lies in mindlessly doing whatever they like as if they are living in utopia, without being mindful of their surroundings and taking responsibility of their safety. I mean, take the example of drinking. I don't drink alcohol and don't think anyone should be doing it, but even for women, or even men who do, they shouldn't be drinking around strangers or go to a stranger's home. Or when we say that a woman can wear whatever she likes... While it's true, it's also true that one should be aware and mindful of what possible reactions they might get and whether or not they would like receiving them. Or when women are convinced that they should totally deny the existence of a fertility window. Any woman considering having her own biological children should be considering the age when they are most fertile to ensure safe and effective pregnancy and childbirth, nobody likes to have miscarriages or health complications during pregnancy. There's nothing to be triggered about being aware of the truth. Even if you want to do certain things, at least don't be mindless while doing it. It's not just a thing for women. Every grown human being, woman or man should be mindful of their actions and their possible outcomes, and evaluate whether or not doing certain things are worth the temporary pleasure.

That you have to be perfect to be happy. Women throughout time in the media have always been depicted as “perfect women”. These ladies seem to have “perfect” skin, the “perfect” hair, the “perfect” weight, the “perfect” curves/body shape, and the “perfect” bright blue eyes that very few women have. All of these perfections are in the middle of the spectrum, or other words “not too this or not too that”. These perfections are always “just right”. It’s obvious why the media does this. They want to sell you garbage so you can be “perfect” too. But you don’t have to be perfect. Perfection does not even guarantee happiness. So many beautiful women cry themselves to sleep at night too. Obviously the happiness is different for everyone, and the key to finding is usually understand your own desire.
Sadly, this perfect lie is not unique to beauty. More and more I see kids being told they need to be perfect. They need “perfect grades” and “perfect background life” in which they know four languages, play basketball, volunteer in their free time, and a whole bunch of ridiculous expectations. Men have started to been told this perfect lie to a much lesser degree as well. So, I’ll tell you something that every person needs to hear. You don’t need to be perfect.

Even our dove campaigns have all sizes of the Same hour glass shaped. Plus size models are also hourglass. Magazines photoshopped images.

ALSO your examples isn't a lie. Women actually know the fertility window its a FACT. Miscarriages happen even with younger women. Get your facts straight.

You can never listen to what society tells you. If you do you'll always be... average. People today are too politically correct, too sensitive. You have to have certain standards and precautions to not only protect yourself but to make sure you have a good life.

Society will tell you exams aren't everything. That it's your free will to do as you please. To wear what you want, act how you wish, say as you please. And we are all supposed to accept everyone exactly how they are. It's not true. There are unspoken rules to follow.

Telling women that their is no biology and they want the same things men do and are the same as men.

This leads them to casual sex which makes them feel unfulfilled and used, causes them to put off having a family for a career etc. All of this leads to greater unhappiness (statistical fact, women are less happy then in the fifties and substantially so and that trend is only getting worse) as women want different things then men do. Women "catch feelings" after sex far more often then men do, women have a different biological clock then men, they mature first but they also hit the "wall" as its called, first as well which means they have a limited amount of time to settle down and have children and a family and that time is shorter then a mans.

We know women want a family over a career because married women are statistically far more likely to work fewer hours then unmarried women and are far more likely to get a job that has more flexible hours (because they want to be with their children (men on the other hand actually work more hours when married because they want to provide for their families (this is where the "wage gap" occurs, its from personal choice and biological drives.). Even anecdotal evidence shows that (female CEO's abandoning their positions to be with families, women who didn't have a family regretting it (as the writer for "sex in the city" admitted to, she regretted not having that family but by the time she realized that's what she wanted it was too late).

This also causes serious issues between the genders as women cannot understand men because they are taught that men are the same as they are and thus presume that we have the same goals and the same way of thinking which we very much don't. So I think this is the thing that women have been lied to that has hurt them (and society) the most.

Probably the wage gap myth.
That "70%" number you hear thrown around all the time is misleading at best.

It was calculated thusly:

(Amount of money earned by women in a given year) /(amount of working women)
= average amount of money a working woman earned that period

(Amount of money earned by men) / (amount of working men) = average amount of money a working man earned that period.

The average amount the men made was roughly 30% higher.
That is where that 70% number comes from.

Contrary to popular belief, it DOES NOT include: level of education, hours worked, occupation, experience, or even location.

If you control for those variables, the real difference in earnings between men and women is about 100-98, or simply put a 2% difference.

While some of that 2% stems from men being more likely to ask for raises and negotiate salary, I do not doubt there is some sexism in there.

But that means that sexism only translates to a less than 2% difference in pay.

While this isn't necessarily acceptable, it is damn close to the ideal and is unlikely to be helped by anything but time.

Probably the belief that the modern woman can have it all. Even for guys, I kinda tell people that there are 3 life areas: Family/Social Life, Career, Health/Beauty/Mental Well Being, and that you pretty much get to choose 2.

If you want a great social life or a family, and a career; your health will take a hit. If you want a great social life/family and health/beauty, then your career will take a hit. If you want your career and health, then your family and social life will take a hit.

It's pretty rare that someone can have all 3 and unfortunately, Western Society likes to tell young women that they can and should strive to have all 3. In some cases, girls are even told that they deserve all 3.

Not a woman so I wouldn't know. Most people here are just going to give answers that reflect a sociopolitical agenda, so you're not going to get a lot of good replies.
I do know the biggest lie society told ME was that everyone is special and people will like you for just being yourself. If everyone is "special" the word loses all meaning, and who is "yourself" supposed to be, and how do you balance it with what you want and what society expects? There's no magical formula for that. Maybe we have no self beyond what we feel like doing at the moment.

There is a window of fertility be the length of the fertility depends on each woman ages. A wioman can track her FSH levels to see how much time she has. It's an easy blood test. Some women have difficulty after 32 while other women have healthy babies through their early 40s.

No woman is obligated to get married or be in a relationship, but if you want kids then the best and most proven way to ensure your children's success and survival is to get married. That they are stronger than men yet have to beg men to give them equal rights. It's funny. Women need special treatment, such as the "Movies directed by women!" tab or the "Women who rule the screen!" Tab on Netflix.
