I mean, take the example of drinking. I don't drink alcohol and don't think anyone should be doing it, but even for women, or even men who do, they shouldn't be drinking around strangers or go to a stranger's home. Or when we say that a woman can wear whatever she likes... While it's true, it's also true that one should be aware and mindful of what possible reactions they might get and whether or not they would like receiving them. Or when women are convinced that they should totally deny the existence of a fertility window. Any woman considering having her own biological children should be considering the age when they are most fertile to ensure safe and effective pregnancy and childbirth, nobody likes to have miscarriages or health complications during pregnancy.
There's nothing to be triggered about being aware of the truth. Even if you want to do certain things, at least don't be mindless while doing it. It's not just a thing for women. Every grown human being, woman or man should be mindful of their actions and their possible outcomes, and evaluate whether or not doing certain things are worth the temporary pleasure.
