I am Turkish and I hate my own country and people. How can I get out of this country?

- Go and study abroad for your Bachelor, Master, or PhD. When you get the degree, get a job in the country you went to. I think this is the best method to immigrate. Be careful though, some countries actively work to prevent people from using this route (the UK is one).
- Save up and move to your country of choice on a visa. Apply for jobs while there. Hopefully you'll find an employer willing to sponsor your work visa.
- Marry someone from the country you want to move to. I don't recommend this one unless you actually love the person. I don't support using people in this fashion.
- Become a digital nomad and just travel around as a tourist while doing freelance work online.

I know how does that feel, the difference is that I don't live in my country.
You could try to find a job in another country. You could also get married to someone from a country that you like.
