Yes but it takes out the female variable, I think there are some men that would give up their seat for a lady but not a man. That way we are looking at only a pregnant person and an overweight person and not involving a gender variable
those are assholes.. they have the concept of sudo or false feminism.. pregnancy is a medical condition in which they need care so they should be treated well.. but if u talking about others, i think all deserve the same amount of respect and care. I definitely vacate my seat for some senior citizen or any person with medical issues regardless of gender. And i guess others should too..
