What is the difference between being cold hearted vs. ruthless?

Cold hearted means you don't care. Not ruthless. I have friends and have met people like @mistixs who have been ruthless with me but they care about me, the situation, and what they believe in. You don't get that from someone who is cold hearted.

Lol you are ruthless in telling me about how you feel and the facts that you are adamant on enforcing. That is why i told you that one time i agree with you and did not want to fight you. It was a opinion nothing else but i have a great respect for you. Probably more so than anyone i know of from GAG. And frankly you scare me. 😂 which why sometimes i tell my other friends i feel like we are married because you take over conversations that i am trying to defend myself from other people or trolls. Cold hearted - someone who doesn't feel emotions so much.
Ruthless - who doesn't give a fuck about emotions.

Cold hearted seems to be more of a lack of emotion where as ruthless is an act of carelessness. Ruthless behavior killing, stealing, cheating

Cold hearted would be doing an action regardless of emotional empathy in order to get a point across.
Ruthless would be considered pursuing an action in a persistent manner that would be considered abnormal behaviour.
