My opinion on this whole "cultural appropriation" topic is lets say "not the best".

But there are many other cultures, wearing a cloth around the head similar to a burka or hijab as well.

I believe anyone can wear whatever they want, but should be aware of the meaning it had originaly.

Regales of last its considered cultural appropriation a white girl is wearing a kimono why isn’t it the same? If she doesn’t want to commit culture appropriation she’s shouldn’t be going to Iran. My girl went nuts when she saw that (but honestly she doesn’t like white people in Muslim garb

Exactly to be fair she is a reporter and claims her self as a Femmist but if she was a true Femmist 1 she wouldn’t wear the hijab it’s oppressive to women. So when we want to talk about oppressive Jeans people like to look to the west but really need to look to the Middle East. The way she’s not Muslim and you should be wearing traditional Muslim cothing because she’s not Muslim
