If you could relive the best year of your life in a lifetime loop, would you do it?

So let’s say you had an opportunity to relive the best year of your life over and over again. You can’t go back to normal chronological life time. The trade off is that you don’t get to see the future. But you get to relive that year over and over again for the set amount of years you have left on earth. Would you do it?

I think this could be fun and thrilling. You get to keep memories and react to situations in the best way possible. I would know exactly how to handle the difficult person and how to approach the girl I liked. I can party it up and not worry about long term health drawbacks. I could easily get rich (gambling knowing the outcome) and enjoy luxury trips.

But I can see the drawbacks of having no hope for the future. I might land that dream girl but we won’t have kids.

Does the happiness it brings me decrease over time as it keeps looping and looping and becomes more boring?

You make different decisions in that time frame. You can visit different places, approach different women, etc. But it’s limited to that one year only.

No you keep the memory. But you get to try out many different scenarios during that year.

Okay. Then yes. I'm gonna go with 2016. That was an interesting year for me.

I would consider 2013. It was a roller coaster year but ended very well. I was a pro mma fighter and I had my last fight. Trained my ass off, won a local title fight as an underdog and had a very cute girlfriend who lived next to beach. She was very in love with me. Felt like a 19 yr old again.

But the training for that fight really sucked. Dunno about reliving that over and over again. Would live to relive the moment I won though.
