People may care, but the law doesn't. In a court case, George Floyd is a victim of a murder, pure and simple. The kind of person he was is completely irrelevant to the trial of the person who killed him. That's how the law works. You should be thankful for that because that fact may save your life one day.

What he did is not at issue. He was arrested and charged with that crime. Therefore it is immaterial. If he was not resisting arrest then he could not be restrained the way he was. If he was not guilty of a crime that warranted an arrest the police could not arrest him. A person can't be arrested just because they're a bad person.

No he died from heart complications caused by substances in his body. The post mortem confirmed this, it also confirmed he suffered no strangulation and did not die from asphyxiation. You'd know this if you actually searched for the facts instead of believing the clickbait titles the media uses to get more views.

It's highly likely yes. There was no crushing though because the report states he suffered no strangulation and thus didn't die of asphyxiation. While I'll agree kneeling on someone's neck is unacceptable, the rest of what the cops were doing was part of their job, arresting a criminal, it's unfortunate that he died, I'd of much preferred to have him rot in jail for however many years he would've gotten. On a side note, if he hadn't of died from his pending heart condition he would have most certainly died quite quickly in jail. Inmates don't take to kindly to people who beat up pregnant women.
