Some people on Facebook are contacting their friends and jobs to get them fired for this racist act. Do you think that they deserve to lose their jobs? If not, what action should be taken if any?

It doesn't appear to be racist but it is most certainly inappropriate. I'm of the opinion that what people legally do outside of their job shouldn't be tied to their job, but if a different standard is in place, it should be applied indiscriminately to everyone, these people included. So if someone else is fired for their legal doings outside of their job, it's only fair that it be true for these cases as well.

George Floyd's killing was a display of police brutality yes but it was also a race issue. Black people for generations have been viewed as more dangerous and as criminal and therefore have been treated with more brute force by police.
