What's responsible for attraction?

... or more specifically different tastes in attraction, it's understandable that people can like different foods because they/that might directly corelate to the deficiencies in the body. But attraction. Why? What makes some people like different kinds of people?

Depends on their preferences. Some people only find tall people attractive, some find short people attractive, some find skinny people attractive and some find fatter people attractive. Unless you ask the individual what they like, it's simply impossible to answer your question.

I personally find athletic guys with a nice hair and good sense of clothing attractive. They don't have to be tall either just my length or taller than that. I could imagine dating shorter guys but I'd prefer taller guys than me.

No, that's not the question. I am not asking what the preferences are or if people have preferences (or not)... I am asking why those preferences are. As in, it's understandable that people (especially females to some extent) might like tall but some people like feminine sort of face (even) on men while some people prefer masculine looking 'tough' guys,... why the chamge in preferrence? Why do they differ. You could ask the same question with food but it's easier to answer in the case I guess...

I don't know enough to answer that honestly. Best guess would be that in their youth they've had more favorable experiences with certain looking people and thus they've reached a subconscious conclusion that people that look like that are generally the better people apart from others so in adulthood they find them more attractive.

Its how they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You may see a certain color eyes and find it pretty. Its just apart of the eyes you were gifted with and how your brain works is all i can say

As a rule of thumb, males judge attraction using 95 percent visual stimulation. Females use 85 percent emotional stimulation. That's why two chics is hot. Your seriously not wasting your time on trying to to change my mind or make me even understand what I wrote I hope. I posted earlier that I won't understand it the second time.
