Example, Redwood City, California allowed a citizen to paint Black Lives Matter on a public road even going so far as to supply the paint and other supplies to do so. But when another citizen wanted to paint MAGA Trump 2020 on a public road she was denied. WTF?

The guy should have been told to create a "WhitesLivesMatter" sign. Different states have different restrictions. In California you can do it, but only if your sign is meets size requirements, which a mural to "BlackLivesMatter" does not.

MAGA is Trump's trademarked campaign slogan. Why wasn't he told to just paint a "WhiteLivesMatter" mural?

But back to this whole thing of using public resources/money. . . uhm if what you say is true, then Obama should have been able to use your tax dollars to run campaign ads.

Public property is "our" property. It cannot belong to a political campaign.

Someone gets permission to paint MAGA on a street in your town and you want permission to paint BLM and was denied? You’d blow up their building

When the lawyer lady applied for the MAGA sign, they gave themselves no choice but to admit they were in the wrong, if they didn't, then it would be precedent for anyone to write anything (and to get the state to pay for it). So they scrub off the BLM mural in the middle of the night, funny shit.
