Does anyone else despise Latino or Indian/Muslim culture?

Question

I am not speaking on behalf of everyone, but I noticed people from these countries tend these cultures tend to be traditional and treat genders different for the same thing. Gender roles apply here and control the cultures. They also despise homosexuality.

I think they are stuck in the 16th century.

I'm fine with latino culture. They are actually pretty cool.

I haven't gotten to know indian cultures and as for Muslim culture... ahh. Its a lot like many other religious peeps. Some take things way to far, others are laid back. I've had friends who are muslim and they are the best, and both were girls. They didn't wear hijabs, only when they went to visit their families in turkey and what not. There, they explained that others didn't think they could speak Turkish and would talk shit about what they were (she liked shorts that went down to her knees) and she could understand them and heard all the disturbing comments from the men

a lot of the time, it was the father who the girls hated, but they both loved their mothers and their grandmothers, so a lot of it has to do with the men.

I hate how a lot (not all) treat their women and their views on them are atrocious. Main reason I would NEVER date or marry a muslim man.

However, I'd be frie d with them, if they were chill.

You can't group the three together. Latinos  are not so different from the Cubans and Italians that settled here in waves in the last century. Christian believing and a compatible culture that can assimilate in a generation or two. Desi (Indians, Sri Lankans)  are the world's middleman minority. They will take longer to assimilate but their culture is  not  incompatible with ours and they  want  to modernize. Take a look at  Bollywood. 
 Islam i s and likely always will be incompatible with Western Culture. I don't despise them, I fear them like I fear cancer.

I'm really not fond of cultures that allow men to beat or mistreat their women. But if their ass comes to my country where it is against the law and they do that they should be severely punished. You come to my country you followed the rules in my country just like I would have to have to do if my ass went to your country, however my ass would never go to your stupid country because... Fellow Indian Muslim girl here! (I was born and raised in the states, so don't hate on me)
While I can't speak for Latinos, I can however speak for the Indians. I do not despise Latinos or Indians. I do however despise SOME Indian culture. I do think that they are a little harsh when it comes to certain things. For example, my parents are strict with the teachings of Islam, so that meant no music, no boys, no sex, no alcohol, etc. I, of course, hated this growing up but now that I realize it, they only enforce those rules because that's how they grew up. They grew up in India, surrounded with a community of other Muslims, who were just trying to get by in life. Nobody around them would drink alcohol, or be hanging out with the opposite sex, or anything like that. When they were younger, they were taught that these things were bad and to not do them. They also saw that their own parents would not do any of these things. So if nobody around did it because it was bad, they wouldn't do because it's bad. Coming to the states, they saw the opposite of what they saw back home. But since their beliefs were so strong, they didn't partake in anything that was frowned upon.
But that's not the case with me. I grew up here in America, so I don't think the way my parents do. Although my parents don't drink or smoke or anything like that, I am surrounded by people who do. Personally, if I were to have kids in the future, I would do everything my parents didn't. I would let my kids be who they wanna be, do what they want do, as long as they talk to me about it.
So, in conclusion, these 'people' are the way that they are because of what they believe and what they are taught. We can't really hate on them because of it. It's their thing, so let them do them.

I despite Muslim culture and all the anti-Western, regressive values it stands for. It's ironic how many left-leaning people are pro-Muslim and oppressive symbols against women, like the hijab, but then again, when have progressives ever been logical or consistent?

I have nothing against Latinos, unless you count illegal immigrants who are too lazy to learn English or integrate into American society (not even all illegal immigrants, as illegal as they are; just the lazy a**holes who sneak in, never bother to learn English, and want to leech off of America while sh*t-talking Trump in Spanish, while we pay for them in taxes). And no, I'm not a Republican or Libertarian.

First it's 21st century and people are changing here also both gender are treated equally and opportunities is given to both gender.
About homosexuality the gay marriage and lesbian marriage are allowed and legal in India
Only problem is rural area people still follow are very traditional and have backward mentality which is also changing accepting change now
I know there are some fault in our culture but still it's not completely bad.
Also I respect all cultures.

The part of these cultures that I admire is their traditional nature. That is their best aspect. The opposite of tradition is decadence and decline, which accurately characterizes the West today.
"Stuck in the 16th century" shows how little you understand about history and the world. They are not "stuck" anywhere, they embrace the world of Tradition and its values, it is a choice. And the 16th century was, in many ways, superior to the 21st, especially once we disregard the advantages of the 21st century which are purely a matter of technics rather than form.

Not too sure about Latinos, but the issue is there is no single Indian culture. Homosexuality has a history in India, and religions such as Sikhism have nothing written against homosexuality, unlike Christianity or Islam. Indians do not have a just one culture, and in some cases there are HUGE cultural differences among Indians.

I don't despise it. I'm from a diverse city. Every culture has something good and bad. If you like something from a particular culture you can learn from it. What you don't like or might not suit you, doesn't necessarily mean its a bad culture. I try to take in the best from different cultures and avoid the negativity in my life.
