Marijuana. Is it too expensive to by legally?

We know that marijuana I help to people medically. But do you thinks it ok to legalize for recreational use. And as some of the states have already done so do you think that they charge too much?

Cars are legal, and they also cost a shitton of money.

So i don't think you can draw any connection between (il) legal and the price.

Also you there are more cost to illegal marijuana, like toxic chemicals, like lead to increase the weight and price.

As well as how much money goes into chasing, arresting, judging, and jailing small criminals, that got busted for possesion of tiny amounts of weed.

And you also got millions of tax dollars from legaly sold weed to be invested in other projects.

The opposite. The problem is! All the special units, control, Police, border Police and rehablitation centers and all other enforcements that are specialized with cannabis would be out of business and that will rise the precentage of diployment and it would be hard to find a new job for these people, that's the case in Sweden. Not sure about other countries

When i was in Colorado they charged $40 for a box of 12 pot cookies. One cookie was enough for an intense and long lasting high. That's about $4 and I was done for the night. Compare that to people I've heard of who spent $100 on beer and could still walk.

16% of usa federal prisoners are in there for marajana crimes thats 15200 prisoners each prisoner costs $31000/year so thats 471.2 million dollars the federal government could be saving if you add the 13370 state prisoners that's another's 414.47 million dollars so you around 900 million dollars and thats before you add in the cops time the judges time etc your easily over a billion dollar in expenses for keeping it illegal not to mention if you legalized and put a 10% tax on it you would earn around 2.8 billion dollars so i don't see how something that would reduce costs by over a billion dollars and earn you 2.8 billion dollars could possibly be to expensive plus we did it in Canada already and thing are going fine

I looked at distillery prices in other states, it runs for cheaper when it's legal, well so to speak. I saw that good strains like PGSC ends up being like $35 a g but you can find lower grade stuff for like 4 bucks a g. If you're in a state where it's illegal you can expect the typical street price of $15-20 ($10 if you're lucky) a g no matter how good the quality is. But over all legal is better.

i dunno how much do they charge shouldn't be a lot. It would become cheaper if it was more wildly legal because then they can mass produce it and sell it cheaper and places can sell it cheap. it would become more like cigs tbh. with expensive ones but cheap roll your own and stuff.

Not really if you buy the vape stuff. Sure it's $60-$80 for the really good stuff, but it can last a really long time, I got through a year on about 4 or 5 total pods, and that is smoking almost daily. It would probably get more expensive if you smoke up all day and night, but then it's still cheaper and more effective than the junk on the streets.

I moved from a state where I had a medical license for use to a state where weed is legal recreationally. I've been smoking since around 2009 so I can say with certainty that illegal weed was about half the price of legal in the medical state (granted I still purchased legally), and it is about half the price of the medical price in the recreational legal state I live in now.
Just depends on the availability of it, supply and demand and whatnot.
