I guess your premise here is that Jews are so prevalent in Hollywood that to criticize Hollywood is effectively to criticize Jews as a whole. I have two objections with that line of reasoning.
To say Hollywood is weird, assuming that Hollywood is basically populated by Jews, is like saying cookies are chocolatey because chocolate chip cookies basically all contain chocolate. The reason that’s wrong is: chocolate chip cookies are a subcategory of the larger category: cookies. The same thing is true with the Jews in Hollywood. They are a subcategory that belongs within the larger category: The Jewish people. You can’t characterize the over arching category with a characteristic that is distinctive only of one of the subcategories within it. In that way, I don’t believe it makes logistical sense to imply that an insult to Hollywood is basically an insult to the Jews.
My second point of contention is that Hollywood, though populated in large part by Jews, it’s not a very Jewish place. There aren’t a lot of movies that have been made that are pro jew or pro Israel. There are not a lot of prominent Hollywood figures who are pro Jew or pro Israel. In spite of their ethnic background, many of those individuals likely do not identify with the Jewish people or religion.

Of course not. Yes, a majority of Hollywood is owned by Jewish people (as it should be; they're the ones who built it, after all), but that's only a tiny fraction of Jews. It's the equivalent of calling having a bias against Jews "being anti-Semitic", when most Jews aren't Semites, and only a handful of Semites are Jews. Not that that stops people...
