Why do Jewish people call other people anti-Semite for any minor racist behavior?

For example, Kanye West mentioned that jewish people tend to control most of the banks in america and control the entertainment industry. He was quickly dropped from multiple record labels, his shoe brand got clipped and now he's black listed from the entertainment industry.

Similarly, Joe Rogan made the claim that jewish people like money the same way Italian people like pizza. He was quickly blasted as being anti-semmite. Meanwhile, jewish people are ok attacking Christins and making fun of other ethnicities.

I agree but also disagree. With the Kanye thing I feel like what he said was said with an air of malice. He’s not the first to have said something of that nature, for example a song by Jay Z has lyrics that say: “You ever wonder why Jewish people own all the property in America?”
But the difference is (in my opinion) the intonation.. very alike to the existing propaganda fuelled by nazi ideology. So I wasn’t surprised when he was called an anti-semite. I still don’t believe he truly is one, but maybe he’s not putting things across well. Or maybe people are out to get him, I don’t know.

I think Kanye used the word “death con,” which is more aggressive than saying Jewish people have higher success rates in competitive industries. If he had been less rude, he would not have been banned. Just like you can say you don’t personally encourage a sexual choice somebody makes but you still consider their best interest, promote their community honour for the hard work they do, treat them like an equal, and practice proactive kindness and private sympathy for their loneliness: Nobody is going to jail you or discipline you for saying that.
