What's the name of plastic laminated covers for paper?

I am trying to find out the name of those things you put a single sheet of paper in to protect it. It's like a plastic see through thing that is sometimes in teachers binders that cover certain pieces of paper so water does not get on it or protect it.

It's like a laminated see through thing does anyone know what they are called...so I can google them and order them online ...thank you.

I think the proper name is 'plastic wallet', but I've been calling it "Slippy-Dippy" for the longest time. =B
