In my experience the older the president the more worthless he becomes.
That's true for all countries not just the US
There is a reason people are made to retire at 64.

It varies from person to person, and some can maintain their cognitive ability, and some can't. Joe flat out refused to take the cognitive ability test, because he said it was too easy. Now he can't remember to put his mask on, immediately after lecturing about it.

Of course it varries but even in the best of cases the human nervous system slows down with age making a person unable to perform in the same vigor of youth.

It's natrual and perfectly ok but it's not ok that someone like that be left in charge of a country (I'm referring to other presidents around the world not only Biden as he does not directly affect me )

I think the idea of 2 terms is more about an evaluation after 4 years.

Think of it as a person's presidency is 8 years but after the first 4 he is required to earn the public approval again so he gets the second 4 during which time someone else is running with a plan they claim is better.

But yeah I guess that just 4 years is more than enough as it enforces democracy and allows more people the chance to represent a nation.
