When something happens like that, you dont realise until it's too late, everyone in america involved just went about their routine day jobs. The plan was to avoid detection, the terrorists involved were trained very well. As America couldnt prevent it, the blame game arrives because we have technology, but humans aren't capable of being so pro-active. The fact is the event was a consequence of many factors, all stemming from the involvement of the USA. Lots of people lost their lives that day and yet the focus is still on who caused it? not respectful
