There's all sorts out there. I traveled through Yemen during a time when Al Queda was chopping Americans heads off and I met a ton of really amazing and nice Yemeni people. I don't think that these small extremist groups represent the entire population, but they are the ones that are going to make the headlines because the nature of news is to show you the worst, the most disturbing news, even if it's a one in a million case. they aren't trying to show you what is common, they are showing you the uncommon and what will sell and improve their ratings.

I think that's great she did such work, and unfortunate that she was beheaded by some shitheads. But I don't think any greater message should be taken from that like we shouldn't help people in need because shitheads exist.

Does it change my political views? No. If nothing else it just reinforces my humanitarian views since this story of such admirable individuals are inspiring. Races ARE Solidly Biological. And there are a number of Dissident Scientists who have pointed this out, but since it isn't trendy to believe in races, they're usually cast out of the spotlight and ignored, or perhaps gleefully scorned, as such was the case with Galileo and his followers when he presented the Heliocentric Model and its legitimacy over the Geocentric one. The most popular scientists holding the most popular opinions is regularly thrown into the ditch when something new proves them wrong (look at Eisenstein and Niels Bohr as an example). Anytime people like you talks about science as if it cares about your feelings I honestly just feel embarrassed for you for your misunderstandings.

There is a fundamental problem with identifying subspecies in Humans namely that you can't find a definition. If you can't find a definition because the "edges is blurry" then that just proves they are the same group. The prerequisite for identifying a subspecies is finding the defining features which you can use to prove your claim, there is no room for ambiguity.

Oh you done fucked up now son! I love it when people pull out the "Rape capita of Europe/world" card, it lets me use the countless years I have spent smacking people on the internet for being dumb again.

To make a long story short (and believe me I can literally talk about this for months and I got the message logs to prove it), the reason Sweden has such high recorded rape is partially because rape is legal term defined by local laws and partially because rape is one of the most under reported crimes in every country around the world.

To start with the legal definition, Rape is a legal definition which means what constitutes as rape is different between every single country. This is important especially in the case of Sweden because they at one point decided to instead of doing the hard part of rewriting the law to give harsher punishment they would instead re-classify other forms of sexual harassment and assault as rape and thereby give harsher punishment that way. Furthermore they decided that every instance of rape is to be recorded separately which means if a husband forced himself on his wife for every day in one year that would be recorded as 365 separate cases of rape in the statistics you compare with other countries.

As for Rape being under reported, that means most rapes are never brought to the police and as such recorded into statistics. If your country started to actually attempt to stop rapes the first step would obviously have victims come forward and notify the police in the first place. In fact its estimated that only around 16% of actual rapes ever gets reported to the police so if you recorded all of them that would mean the number would be around 6 times as large without there actually being any more actual rapes.

So yeah. "Sweden is the rape capital of Europe" however that is a fucking badge of pride in this case because its direct evidence that we are actually attempting to do something about this issue as compared to other countries. On a side-note, "real" rape statistics which tries to estimate countries actual rates of rapes places Sweden at around average for Europe.

And this is why people should be careful what they say because chances are you know barely anything about it and the complex nuances behind the facts.

*sigh* Well I tried. When I told you to be careful pushing claims and facts you did not understand what is the first thing you do? Throw more shit at the wall and hope it sticks. The Swedish government does not record race in criminal statistics and definitely do not tell you how many of those was "foreign born" so good luck with finding that statistics. I did by the way, after much digging and it was in Swedish and supported my position so feel free.

Anyways, most rapes are from people known to the victim so specifying that the attacker was "unknown" already puts you in the minority of rape cases but then you decided to use the term "foreign born"... Here in the UK we had something similar with liberals. The UK is almost as fucked as Sweden to be fair. Pakistani Muslims were grooming, raping and pimping out thousands of underaged white girls for 16 years while the police, the social services and left-wing politicians were claiming that it was a racist conspiracy theory. Many of those rapists were born in the UK, but they weren't English like I am. Their roots and therefore their loyalty lie elsewhere, while naive white liberals defend them out of fear of being called racist.

No, the reason they dont bother record races in criminal statistics is because it has not shown to be a useful statistics. I mean they do make an exception every now and then but that just proves its a junk statistics which costs tax payer money to record and calculate for no constructive reason.

As for "twisting your words", it was specified in the article you linked. You know, the one you did not read but tried to use to support your claim. I read it. They cherry picked statistics to support their narrative by narrowing down the statistics to only show what they wanted it to show. This is a common trick to fool people.

I also feel like its prudent to mention that immigrants are far less likely to commit crimes than natives are. Pretty simple really, they dont have time for that shit since they need to rebuild their lives after literally moving to a new country. Yes that also applies to the UK.

Correlation does not equal causation and IQ is not an objective measurement of "intelligence" nor is it comprehensive and ultimately its even biased to one group of people. To make a long story short (and believe me I can literally talk about this for months and I got the message logs to prove it), the reason Sweden has such high recorded rape is partially because rape is legal term defined by local laws and partially because rape is one of the most under reported crimes in every country around the world.

To start with the legal definition, Rape is a legal definition which means what constitutes as rape is different between every single country. This is important especially in the case of Sweden because they at one point decided to instead of doing the hard part of rewriting the law to give harsher punishment they would instead re-classify other forms of sexual harassment and assault as rape and thereby give harsher punishment that way. Furthermore they decided that every instance of rape is to be recorded separately which means if a husband forced himself on his wife for every day in one year that would be recorded as 365 separate cases of rape in the statistics you compare with other countries.

As for Rape being under reported, that means most rapes are never brought to the police and as such recorded into statistics. If your country started to actually attempt to stop rapes the first step would obviously have victims come forward and notify the police in the first place. In fact its estimated that only around 16% of actual rapes ever gets reported to the police so if you recorded all of them that would mean the number would be around 6 times as large without there actually being any more actual rapes.

So yeah. "Sweden is the rape capital of Europe" however that is a fucking badge of pride in this case because its direct evidence that we are actually attempting to do something about this issue as compared to other countries. On a side-note, "real" rape statistics which tries to estimate countries actual rates of rapes places Sweden at around average for Europe.

And this is why people should be careful what they say because chances are you know barely anything about it and the complex nuances behind the facts.
