I wouldn´t say he´s evil because there are people who he´s been good to and who obviously trusted in him doing the right thing. I would rather he´s a narrow minded player. He´s player because he behaved in politics like all his TV shows. He just seemed to be interesting in some kind of politics but left out everything else for itself.
I wouldn´t consider him evil though. He´s rather careless than others.

Not evil, no, just a spoiled, rich narcissist. When you combine that with very average intelligence you get a guy who can open many doors but lacks the brain to keep him company.

Im not sure that i can see that.

My impression of him is that he takes the advice of people in his employ and persues his interests within the framework of the society in which he finds himself. I am far more inclined to say that the framework and society is at fault than the man.
