This is most likely CIA and you could certainly assign the word evil to them I suppose, this guy is just some patsy or actor, probably not even a real person.
All sort of numerology bullshit going on which is one of the hallmarks of the secret societies which control the western world.
Try not to get too excited by the lies your television tells you.
After the storming of the capitol building i would imagine that security would have been improved, so why make things difficult for yourself when you dont have to?
There is not „secret society“ there‘s just billionaires and their corporations buying the government cause they want more money. The CIA works for them too o course.
@-Asca- Of course there are secret societies, they are only secret in the sense that what goes on in them is not supposed to be known, their existance is fairly common knowledge.

I am not certain about what i said it simply appears to be the most likely explanation based on the evidence and wider narrative of the world and its events.
@zagor It really isn't complicated, it is an attempt to disarm the American people because it makes them easier to control.
The only war is the class war and it has been going on since forever, they just keep chipping away all the time, decade after decade in every way possible.
Here is one very simple, well understood and undisputed fact; the media is owned and controlled by a very small amount of people, so if the news is telling you something and it doesn't matter what it is, you can be certain that the people who rule the world want you to know that thing, in the way they frame it. Because if they didn't want you to know, they just wouldn't tell you about it.
So you have to ask yourself, why do the people in control want me to be afraid of guns and afraid to go outside etc?
As i say, the answer is perfectly straight foward, they want you in your box where they know where to find you if they should ever want to, where you aren't interfering with them and ideally you are crying out to be disarmed and to trade your freedom for security.
But you won't ever get security making deals with the people who are terrorising you.
That's funny because today I watched Fox News and CNN, and it was like watching TV on two different planets. And these days, anyone can post on the internet, so this corporate media control you mention is diminishing, not increasing.
On the other hand, anyone can post on the internet, so the most obscure and unlikely theories can spread all over.
Media control isn't achieved by having one message, it is acheived by defining what the topic of debate or argument is and what the confines of that are.
That is why you are given 2 sides, it provides a framework within which you are permitted to think about a subject.
Deviation from this box is then automatically designated as 'obsecure and unlikely', exactly as you have done.
Mankind does have the burden of original sin. However, rational people do NOT let themselves go rampant on others just because they want to, or feel a need to.
