Trump is a borderline psychotic. It's not so much that he's a bully as he is a complete narcissist with no real understanding of anything except self satisfaction and personal attainment at any cost. This kind of illness results in many negative behaviors, of which bullying is one.

Don’t think, we KNOW he is a bully , or a wannabe bully. We know this from decades of his bully-like behavior in his never-ending quests to dominate people, and situations. It was baked into the cake with the actions of his father, and their business. It was part of his whole aura he wanted to portray, and demonstrated by Roy Chan, their A-Hole lawyer that Trump idolized. He always admired tough guy jerks and envisioned himself a mob-like tough guy, despite him being a weak loser with tiny fingers and bone spurs. More recently, it was part of his acting with his fictitious portrayal of a ‘business man’ on the apprentice— and this is all just scratching the surface.
He’s a big thin-skinned, petty, ugly, sore loser, demented, BULLY.

yes, but he seems to only promote it if he needs to control someone. if they are weak, he will just demean them. If they are strong, they will get his regards. it's all just a game.
