I´d go for something else because the first you should do is listen. Listen to them, there situation and problems. Because if you don´t you´re doing what you think is best but not something they wish.
Because the culture is different in other parts of the world.

Yes because as far as I understood the question you meant it globally, right? If so, I´d listen to each other because in my opinion feminism worked best and most efficient when it was occupied with a specific problem, like fighting for right to vote, to go to certain schools/universities. The option "increase feminists worldwide" seemed rather inspecific to me. Modern feminism isn´t liked many guys to day because of that. Because feminism seems to go against everything that guys do with the hidden agenda that women could do anything better than guys. I went for "other" because the changes women might want can be different from culture to culture. The western culture might sound most apealing from you´re point of view but there could be women that don´t find such culture appealing but still would want help from other women. That´s what I meant.
