Probably neither. I would however find the latter more noteworthy since typically people are inclined to socialize with others who look like them. Its a supposedly innate bias more to do with assuming similarities than any factual existence thereof.

With that in mind a person who only has friends of their own ethnicity isn't really telling us a lot. It is statistically pretty likely and more probable to point towards them being shy than racist. A person who only has friends of other ethnicities is directly telling us something since it is, generally, a more active decision. Of course that assumes the people involved lived in somewhat diverse areas.

Greatly depends where you live.

where I am, it’s predominantly, white with some Pakistani, Indian but that’s only in city.

It’s a sort of racist post to make it racist not to have anyone as a friend as poc.

I don't care about skin color but I guess if a person only knows people of their own color it mighty be kinda red flag now I think about it

No, I was asking this question because i notice how some people only have poc friends when most of their area is white.

I expect most people to primarily have friends of their own race, so that does not cause me any concern. I would have some questions about someone who has few friends of their own race.

Neither, I'm more suspicious of you for asking because you're making things too much about race. I barely have any POC friends because there aren't many around me, I know people with out very many white friends because there aren't many white people around them.

I cringed when I read that Robin Di Angelo (of "white fragility" fame) apparently knew no black people growing up. Yet she has made a career lecturing the rest of us on how racist we are.
