Is this part of the reason why black women face discrimination in America?

I’m not trying to be rude, but I think it is true that many black women have wider noses, and other facial features that are seen as unattractive by western beauty standards. And because our society puts so much significance in looks, it causes discrimination. Am I correct?

(by the way, I am not saying it is the only reason, just part of the reason, and I said many not all)

Nose? Most of them dont respect leadership because they never were challenged at home by fathers in positions of leadership. Without leadership women implode, they dont like making decisions or being responsible which makes them agreeable with whoever condones of their mediocrity. There's a difference between not being privileged because you are not the hottest, to facing discrimination.
And it's even up to debate if the average black chick is significantly less beautiful on average.

I think it has more to do with avoiding an individual who might play the race card at the first sign of adversity along with a gender discrimination card in her back pocket just waiting for an opportunity to be used.

Yes, people notice that lots of African Americans have features that are different.
