I'm not a conservative and I'm not a fan of Hillsdale College, but when I ran across this article by Abigail Shrier and read it, I felt that it expressed my views perfectly.

Ambrose Bierce, the spiritual older brother of Mark Twain who not enough people have heard of, defined "Forbidden" in his Devil's Dictionary (http://www.thedevilsdictionary.com/ ) as "Invested with a new and irresistible charm". I've often found this to be true, but more telling than its mere accuracy suggests. That which is forbidden is that which should be investigated: read the banned book, dance the forbidden dance (then try to get that damned song out of your head), and ARGUE WITH THE UNQUESTIONABLE DOGMA.

I've heard some scary things regarding how hard kids expressing transsexuality are quickly rushed through the processes, barely questioned. This would be in keeping with that. There's a big gap between wanting to accept transsexual folks and not questioning any assertions they make.

No child should be allowed to go under the knife or drug therapy simply because they THINK they might be of the wrong gender. We are all determined by X and Y chromosomes.

Very Powerful and she will be attacked for not falling into line and engaging in the approved Newspeak of today's radicals.

How many boys and girls will suffer because of this political correct mania which holds back doctors, teachers and parents from doing the right thing. Silencing the masses at the expense of these children. It is disgusting
