The article title is a bit deceiving. It makes it sound like hospitals around the country are forcing doctors to call it a bonus hole.

But this is just a statement that came from some random person at a charity. Is it ridiculous? Absolutely. But the media needs to do a better job at not promoting these stupid people making these dumb statements and blowing it up as if it's the whole country moving in this direction.
