Is anyone else sick and tired of the gender wars?

I can't take it anymore!
I have 0 interest and influence in the gender war and I cannot end it. I can only walk away from it.
Women are this, men are that.
Gold diggers and cheating pigs.

What is the point of all of this?
We are just drifting each other away instead of coming to an understanding level.

I have had more than enough of it.
I for one just want to get along with the opposite sex and become partners with them some more.
No fights and discrimination but peace and harmony.

With that being said, I want women in my life.

The point is dividing the population and create state dependency, instead of having people bonding within the family unit.

It's the driving force of feminists and other SJW's, and is basically Marxist communism relabeled.

You see, the working class didn't buy into the communist ideology, as they experienced an increase in wealth and lifestyle, through corporate democracy capitalism.
So the communist ideologists had to find new ways to divide the population into oppressor vs. the oppressed.
That's why they come up with bullshit theories about 'patriarchy' and 'white privilege' and that sort of things, as single sources for everything that presents difficulty in life.

Gender wars on the internet are expressions from real people. It's as "real life" as you get. Id's just social custom keeps people quiet.

It is exactly the same as when you all our get asked "How are you?" No one is going to think you're offering psychology services in the checkout lane. There's a designated answer: "Fine, and you?", again no expectation of free counseling.

We'd do well as a species to stop "separating" internet expressions from the unsaid in real life.

The groups you're referring to, the divorce problem, reproductive rights etc. are not divorced issues and they effect legislature and culture in major ways.

I assure you divorce, abortion, discrimination and special treatment, social roles and transformative legislature are all very real. People are "trying this shit" daily to great effect.

To be part of a society is to play by a lot of unwritten rules that keep constantly changing. For instance your stance in feminism isn't even your own. You've read no third wave rhetoric. You have no idea what it is even about. You simply know what you've heard and disagree with it on some basic level.

The game is bigger than you realize and you're not allowed to opt out of playing.

I think the vast majority of men and women understand that the opposite sex is only human, and get along just fine.
Yet all we ever see news of is the 5% of the people that argue and sling accusations back and forth, only because controversy is guaranteed to make things go more viral than promoting stories about peace. This is also noticeable whenever you turn on the news on TV, for instance.

In my territory (not iceland but in 3. th world countries) the ISP are forced by law to block half the internet. Doesn't stop me from getting a VPN however :)

Gender wars are the expression of female social advantage on the ol' sexual marketplace. They exist when there aren't enough good looking women around and the less attractive women are given so much attention they start to experiment in androgyny and other strange practices as an expression of not wanting children. Women don't deal with hyper-attention by men very well because at a certain level of attention it becomes a burden of responsibility (take Britney Spears and Smiley Cyrus as an example.) Basically when there is a shortage of normal weight females in relation to the number of men do these weird practices start to manifest.

Actually I think the gender wars are important. It shows the struggle to adequately categorize the human experience through data and also alleviates the difficulty of accepting that there's no norm to go by for any given set of circumstances.

It is the "opposite" of gender practices and social customs. So where men might say "gold diggers!" there's the prevalent social expectation that men warm for the family and women actually like this. This is still a guideline for human behavior which gives rise to the ability to have a "clue" on what to do.

The "wars" are a healthy venting about social expectations that people fervently deny exist in this day and age and keep the conversations on progress going!
