Leave, call the police, request to speak to the restaurant manager, look up the owner's company and phone number and call the owner, call the press, leave a bad Google review.
I would also press assault charges to the fullest extent possible.
If the restaurant response is supportive of anti-vaxx, then sue the restaurant.

you are taking a risk with or without a mask eating out because who knows what some of the people working making your food does. i know people that have dropped food on the floor served it, not washed their hands, done even worse then that when my uncle was manager at a place. they are literally giving this man a hand job on camera congratulating him when he's a moron as well. he is so worried about covid go out on the front lines like some of us are with our jobs

I'd not make a scene or a big deal, but I would hire an attorney and file a civil suit for the mask they stole from me, for replacement costs.
