Actually, in terms of damage to ostensibly non-partisan but now sadly weaponized governmental institutions, better known as "The Deep State", the Obamunist really was worse. Joe Biden is just that Deep State rot and ruin becoming blatantly visible, which makes it more palpable.

He is getting there , but really is it his fault? I mean he is being told what to do by people that have no clue. I mean we all know he has mental issues. He has Dementia because my mom has it and people I had as customers had it and I know when someone has it.

#2 was Richard Nixon, who lied about everything , and created EPA, took US off Gold Standard , and made China the problem it is by kissing their asses.

#3 was W Bush /Obama , who wrecked economy in 2008 . Then started the US too big to fail bailout system and printing money out of thin ( Socialism) and giving stimulus out , which will only make the crash even worse.

#5 Biden (aka DNC Socialists) , which has done nothing right so far. US Economy will probably not survive this President and the New World Order will probably be the new system.

There are few contenders like Jackson, Taft, Buchanan; but yeah, Biden is an objectively bad president. Like he's objectively terrible at his job. Think whatever you want about Trump's policies; at least the man knew how to get shit done, and he did it with an impressive level of competence.
