I'm conflicted. On one hand, he is clearly the worst modern president the US has had in the last 40 years. On the other hand, he really doesn't control anything, make any actual decisions, and there's probably been worse US presidents than him throughout history.

If by "modern history," we're counting only Biden, Trump, Obama, Dubya, and Clinton, then yes, Biden is clearly the worst one out of those, second being Dubya, and third being either Clinton or Obama.

But Biden himself is nothing more than a meat puppet, like Weekend At Bernie's. He actually makes no decisions, and Psaki and his team are CONSTANTLY "correcting" things he says, like if the US supports Taiwan or not, or will they keep their promise to help Ukraine in the war. For as much of an asshole and idiot as Biden is (even with cognitively good mental health), I think he is NOTHING compared to the real people running the show. Biden at least has a little bit of a conscience considering Psaki is always telling the press how much Biden said something wrong or inaccurate.

So on paper, one could say Yes to this question. But to call Biden "the US president in modern history" is a bit unfair, considering he's not actually doing anything but sleeping all day or reading a teleprompter, most likely. It's ignoring the real evil bastards in charge, who are more than likely Klaus Schwab and company.

The thing is that is part of why Biden is the worst. Is the president not a leader? Yet he has no power. he does not lead. He publicly states he has no power. Therefore we are all open to what ever other countries want to do.
