How do you stop Muslims going to Afghanistan to fight for the Taliban?

Like ISIS, it's not hard to believe that Muslims from around the world would not go and join the Taliban yet I'm pretty sure western Muslims are already in Afghanistan living their faith in Islam with no rebuke from Muslims around the world. How do countries stop Muslims from going to other countries to act out their sick religious beliefs? Forced marriage, Rape, Honor killing etc, etc... Honestly if you have a Muslim going to Afghanistan to fight and do what Islam does according to the Taliban and come back. You should be shot and killed when you come back thinking that the country you came from should let that fly. It's no different from a Pedophile going to another country to live out his sick fantasy. Same goes for a Muslim, Throw them in jail no questions asked. This whole idea that Muslims can denounce other Muslim as not acting in the faith of Islam is complete bull shit. So every Muslim should be considered a Terrorist and every Muslim believes in Islam. Paint the whole Islamic religion as a terrorists because the Taliban are Muslims and only following the Quran.

2. We need to create a massive troop presence in Afghanistan and get every single American out.
3. Our military should then leave the middle east and never go back.
4. No one from the US should be allowed to fly into Afghanistan
5. Anyone who's records show they've been to Afghanistan after that, should not be allowed in America.
