Nope, that is murder... there was no imminent danger to him or anyone else, even if he (or others) got covid later and died from it, that is not a crime. If it was every time someone gets the flu and dies from it, the person who gave it to them could be charged with it.
Then to top it off, after the 1st shot, he followed the guy and shot him two more times. Legally for self defense once the danger has passed you cannot continue to attack someone. Even if someone charged me with a knife, the first shot takes them down or they start to run away wounded, you cannot legally chase them to finish them off.

There are various theories and efforts to close that IQ gap, but study after study show even when Blacks are placed in households of White adoptive parents, live in predominately White neighborhoods, and go to predominately White schools having their nutritional, economic, and emotional variables met, that they only marginally improve, but still lag behind their White peers. So there is obviously a larger genetic component to intelligence. That’s not to say that other races can’t bread in those specific gene combinations over time if they are favored reproductive traits, but Blacks do currently lag significantly behind other races in intelligence on average. Does he not see that being shot three times is more life threatening than the potential threat of another human who may or may not be carrying covid? Does he believe that his risk of catching covid is much different if the individual wears a mask?
