Sounds like an open and shut case in defense of Rittenhouse!!!
Did this Prosecution witness just prove Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self defense?
Sounds like an open and shut case in defense of Rittenhouse!!!
I watched the video... his bicep got shot because his arm was down with a gun in his hand moving toward Kyle.
Why the hell was a paramedic chasing Kyle instead of looking for the victim?
I was a medic in the military for years. Medics should have guns to defend themselves and their patient.
Not for chasing the enemy.
This guy was a shyt thug like the other two dead bastards.
Kyle should be released, maybe serve community service but no jail, no felony conviction.
Foolish kid with a big heart and poor judgment and great aim.
This witness should be happy he's not dead.
I saw the video of him with a gun moving toward pointing it at Kyle.
Because this piece of shyt survived... Kyle is on trial. If Kyle would have shot him in the chest and not his arm and the video is all that ass-wipe prosecutor had to go on Kyle never would be on trial
I originally watched the entire video repeatedly from time Rittenhouse arrived at the scene until he made it safety. He didn't go there looking to harm anyone. He was behaving as a good citizen. He was given no choice but to defend himself from the monsters who attacked him. And they WERE monsters. They all belong in hell. And I am really, really glad that the paramedic fuck's arm is paralyzed. Fuck him. I hope the rest of his life is miserable.
One was a pedophile, the other an attempted rapist. Too bad he didn't get both.

ask another question if you will of who thinks he is guilty and goes to jail or not, divided by political affiliation. I suspect people see this differently based upon their internal bias.
Yes he did. Kyle's choice is to submit to others after one tried to kick him in the head, another a skateboard to the head, and the prior crazy person throwing bag of possible explosives and chasing him who previously threatened to "gut" people.. whom he shot. Kyle was in survival mode. this is a special kid who has a lot of potential, skilled, lucky. A+, he did better than I would have.
Just be counting your blessings not a single person shot was other than light skinned... else more cities would burn on the verdict, and people would suffer.
Anyone that’s not retarded knew it was self defense from the first hour the videos leaked out on the internet. That said corrupt communist collaborators in government are trying to maliciously prosecute the kid and ANTIFA/BLM are still trying witness intimidation like a typical terrorist organization.

Well, not really, since it was obvious from day one that he was acting in self defense. But yeah, this testimony did kind of settle it beyond all dispute.
He didn't just prove it he cemented it in place, when Gaige Grosskreutz, acknowledged he had pointed his gun at and advanced towards Rittenhouse, he gave the Defence everything they needed, as was shown by the look of horror on the face of ADA Binger and the second chair for the prosecution had his head in his hands at that point.
Yes, he did. It ain’t over till the fat lady sings, however. Remember there’s juror intimidation being allowed to happen.
True!
The judge should go after anyone who attempts to intimidate any member of the jury.
I don't need this witness testimony. I knew Kyle was innocent once I saw the footage of what happened.
If you attack or chase after someone to do them physical harm and they leave you dead then too bad.
Well he admitted to pointing his gun at him before being shot so that just seals the deal. You just can't do that shit, period.
@SlightlyEccentric: Right. Even if he didn't if a mob or person is chasing you to cause you serious body harm or death then you have a right to defend yourself, if the person attacking dies then its their fault.
No. The opposite. It proves Rittenhouse was there to use his gun at any opportunity and watch people die.
Just one of many reasons Rittenhouse will fry.
Troll much?
Kyle Rittenhouse fired his weapon in self defense and showed great restraing in doing so. If that had been a police officer instead of Rittenhouse, the officer would have emptied his magazine into him as they are trained to do. Dead men cannot sue.
I watched that day of the trial. He talks about believing in the second amendment and he carries a glock, he made it sound like he's got experience with firearms, but in the moment where he could use it, he gave a meek response about not being that kind of guy, but why would you have a firearm and draw it if you're not prepared to use it? And it certainly looks like he was about to use it, so it seems like he's BSing.
The jury decided that it WAS self-defense, so maybe this testimony was a key to reaching that verdict.
Was that person the second or third person he'd shot? He's clearly the only one who survived.
And?
He will be innocent they put him on trial because of the leftist.
No, the video of the R dude was edited. Rittenhouse is guilty as sin. He needs the electric chair.
Troll much?
The first guy he shot didn't have a gun and neither did the guy with the skateboard. One out of three guys he shot had a gun, so how does extrapolating that one incident over all three shooting make sense?
The guy with the skateboard hit Rittenhouse upside the head with it.
Any dumbfuck who attacks an armed person should got shot just for being stoopid!!!
@YesICan they attacked an active shooter who just murdered someone.
i suppose you'd use that same argument if stephen paddock, who killed 61 people in las vegas, was charged with additional counts of murder after defending himself from people trying to subdue an active shooter. 🙄
Who was murdered?
Also, even if someone was murdered it is illegal to hunt the murderer down and execute him.
Even a "murderer" can defend himself from being murdered.
So all the mass killers had a right to defend themselves from being subdued to stop the killing? lol, wtf? so you're pro mass shooter then. Got it.
You legit just compared a legit active shooter with mental issues who had an intent to kill as many people as he possibly could with someone who got chased down and then proceeded to act in self-defense. Your logic is either way beyond fucked and almost non-existent or you're just being a troll.
Plus the two people that attacked him were criminals anyway. One of them was a pedophile the other one a domestic abuser. Rosenbaum was charged by a grand jury with 11 counts of child molestation and inappropriate sexual activity with children, including anal rape. The victims were five boys ranging in age from nine to 11 years old.
It baffles me how people like you are ready to take sides with legit monsters just cause Kyle is leaning to the right politically, it truly shows what type of scum you as a human being are.
Some pedophiles aren't smart enough to know not to attack a boy who has a gun.
@YesICan I made no such comparison. i made an analogy pointing out how stupid your argument that a murderer has a right to defend himself against people trying to subdue him is. don't talk to me about logic after taking everything i said out of context and making the dumbest fucking argument ever.
They had prior crimes for which they served time so they deserved to be murdered. fucking brilliant. 🙄
@YesICan And it's obvious you're a fucking idiot.
Stop spreading fake news
Go back to hell fake. news
Which fake news are you referring to?
Rittenhouse is a liar and a murderer - and a witness proves nothing. Don't quit your day job.
You mean the one Prosecutors tried to get to change his testimony?
No idea who the Rittenhouse dude is
He's a teenager who got caught up in a particularly nasty riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He was there to provide first aid and protect a small business from being vandalized and ended up shooting 3 people as they charged him when Rittenhouse fell on the ground. One was attacking him with a skateboard, the other grabbed for his gun, and the last drew an illegal handgun and was either pointing it at him or about to.
To call Rittenhouse anything but a boyscout is... well, I think people like to let their imaginations run wild.
@FilmGuy93 he had a gun to protect the small businesses from getting vandalized?
@FilmGuy93 well, yes, i do believe he is just a kid who got caught up in the riot, but why did he have a gun? The law clearly states that its illegal for people under 18 to possess firearms...
@tatianamay So that's where the law get's weird. Kyle technically didn't own that weapon from a legal standpoint; Kyle bought it, but his buddy made the purchase and was holding the weapon until Kyle turned 18. Using a long barrel gun is not illegal for people under 18. So the gun wasn't Kyle's, he wasn't using it for hunting or other intent to harm, nor did it cross state lines.
@FilmGuy93 damn, this is kinda complicated, and messy. So he is innocent?
I honestly have no clue about this case lol. I just know that he was stuck in the middle of it all. Poor him
The evidence has made it pretty clear that he is innocent. That being said, juries are notoriously unpredictable and left wing activists have been trying to threaten violence against the jurors if he's found innocent, so they might still try to find a way to find him guilty of something anyway. That's what happened with Chauvin's trial. The standard for convicting someone of murder is that there can't be any reasonable doubt about their guilt. With Chauvin there was reasonable doubt, so when the jury found him guilty, they did it to appease the mob of angry protestors. Unfortunately the protestors carried on with their antics anyway.
I think it's pretty obvious at this point that if Rittenhouse is found guilty, it will be such an egregious miscarriage of justice that it will destroy any faith that still remains in the court system.
@FilmGuy93 "left wing activists have been trying to threaten violence against the jurors if he's found innocent" What does "trying to threaten" mean?
Whereas these guys are just accepting of the rule of law, right?
"A group on a messaging platform favored by extremists has posted the home address of the prosecutor in the Kyle Rittenhouse case.
The group, Kenosha Strong Patriots, shows 159 members and shared a post from a user that features a photo of Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, and lists his home address."
eu.jsonline.com/.../
@goaded A public prosecutor is a public official, and his address and contact information are matters of public record. This information was published after that prosecutor engaged in egregious abuses of Rittenhouse's rights to due process and a fair trial. This is hardly "doxxing." And anyway, drawing a comparison between the Kenosha Strong Patriots and groups like ANTIFA and BLM is laughable, even if simply because of the numbers of people involved.
Meanwhile lefties are doing things like making video recordings of the jurors (who are PRIVATE citizens) to publish their identities online and have people go threaten the jurors' families at their houses, get them fired from jobs, etc. An abusive Public Prosecutor's family and livelihood are hardly at risk from the Kenosha Strong Patriots the way an innocent juror's private family would be.
@goaded Here you go sir! The story from 3 Sources. This same thing happened (except worse) in the Chauvin trial.

@FilmGuy93 All three right-wing and questionable sources (the middle one just stole the article from RT. com, which isn't better). https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/western-journalism/ https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/rt-news/ https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/daily-caller/ They've all taken a single paragraph from a news live blog and put massive spin on it.

@FilmGuy93 Interesting how you lay the blame. "He was there to provide first aid and protect a small business from being vandalized" He was a minor and not legally able to protect a business with a gun. "the last drew an illegal handgun", Kyle paid a guy over 18 to purchase a weapon which he could not legally do, and give it to him. So both Kyle and his buddy committed a crime in getting the gun which makes it illegal.
@Red_Arrow The gun charge against Rittenhouse was just dropped today
A. Self-defense.
Nope. kyle rittenhouse, is a murderer. NOT a hero
Troll much?
not at all
don't like the answer, don't ask the question
Prosecution admitted to pointing a gun at him before being shot. That's self defense if I've ever heard it. And yes he is for getting rid of a scumbag human. Too bad he didn't get both the pedophile and the attempted rapist.
@SlightlyEccentric You didn't read the article dude
THE PROSECUTION GAVE UP
Yeah, that seems pretty clear.
Kyle will get what's coming to him in prison.
And what would that entail?
