The long and the short of it is that if you are crossing a border illegally you should expect strong resistance.
Any country would be well within its rights, even its responsibilities to shoot to kill in defence of these boundaries which have been defined by and paid for with blood. (I am not suggesting this should be the first or only step, just that those lines on the map are a serious business and for very good reason and must be respected.)
The problem you have in the United States is that you are dishonest, you want those people in your country but you dont want to give them a legal status and that is the issue which you must resolve.

im not anti immigration if the stations go to come to A legal point of entry and apply for asylum then i have no issue with them coming to the united states my issue is them thinking they have a right to come in illegally and not except to get locked up and deported. if Katie cannot except them back they're going to have to sit in prison until they can go back.
They are invaders to our country. What do you think should be done with invaders? If we were invading another country we would be shot. Have you ridden horses before? What happens when a horse and his/her rider encounter a bunch of strangers running and moving all over the place right in front of the horse?
The rider can try his or her best but the horse will react and can react violently.
It does not appear the agents whipped or hit anyone except the horses which is more than can be said of black lives matter. Immigrants have many unpleasant experiences. When I was China as an English teacher I was not allowed to punish children because Chinese parents would complain about a foreigner doing so. Chinese kindergarteners often did not respect my personal space, I was touched on my private areas and even had my shirt pulled up in front of a class once. I told nobody, not even my own family, for as a white guy with a receding hairline I look like a pedophile.
You can't enter the nation illegally ahead of folks who have been waiting for years. I know what has happened to Haiti is beyond horrific. But there are horrific incidents creating refugees in Syria, Venezuela, Sudan, Afghanistan, I could go on forever. And the problem is only getting worse.
The solution we need is a global one. The world can hardly expect for the U. S. to shoulder the burden alone. We need a comprehensive way to deal with refugees.

I think he nailed himself. The question should have been whether the border patrol should used whips on illegal aliens. Then the conversation would evolve into the fact that there never were any whips, and that was a lie from the beginning. Yeah well I doubt that you use as big a horse for racing as the border patrol does for patrolling, I have never heard of a border patrol agent with body dysmorphia like you jockey guys, and to me it does not look like they were hit.
@Jackblue Yes, race horses are selected for burst speed, not for load bearing.
But I don't believe the reign size is because of that, more probably it's for easier tying of the horse when not in use, specially around large trunks, as they are in the bushes. It also makes it easier to tie a horse to another horse in case a rider is compromised or absent for any reason.
@Jackblue I'd honestly prefer to carry another rope, to be honest, and those split reigns are a pain in the ass. And if you drop them, they whip you constantly. Not really a "whip whip" but annoying.
And yes, you can one hand ride with split reigns. Don't ask me how, I never learned that.
Because you were a retarded amateur, like me, have you seen the video? Have you seen people riding like this? They seem to deal with it just fine.
I rather carry an extra rope, but I'm not boarder patrol in the bushes in the middle of nowhere. And I can barely ride split reigns. I've rode bare back, but I suck at split reigns. (yeah, it's better than bare back but you expect to suck so much in that situation.)
