How so? Because my aunt she is a boomer and tells me how it was back in the day when she was a child they're was actually respect and parents actually did discipline their kids at that time she told me she had a hard childhood wimping beatings. I mean boomers had it hard growing up.

But the combination of technological advances, new music, slanted media attention on the Vietnam war and most importantly the uprising of liberal bias on college universities started all this crap.

I’m not saying the counter culture of the 60s and 70s was particularly all bad. The music and art that came out of that generation was revolutionary and outstanding. I still listen to a lot of classic rock. Led Zeppelin and Neil Young are among my timeless favorites.

But there were some Marxist thought leaders like Howard Zinn in 60s/70s that planted the seeds for the insanity we are seeing today. Also there was a “we are spending our children’s inheritance” type attitude which was disgusting. The nuclear family started breaking down. While on the surface “woman’s liberation” was a good thing it actually lead to huge increases in unwed mothers and single parent households (which is detrimental to children)

But then the children of baby boomers wanted to be rebellious too.

However back in the 60s/70s it was liberals being censored and canceled in the media. They had a “we are fighting the man” attitude. But now it’s the opposite. It’s conservatives being canceled, ostracized, bullied and censored. The left has BECOME the man and yet they still think they are fighting him.
