No. It's just that in the south people are more upfront about their beliefs regardless of whether it hurts someone's feelings or not.. Not saying they all agree with neo-nazis, just saying that's a difference. In liberal areas you can have whites who look down on minorities but they keep it secret.

I have lived in the south most of my life and I have yet to meet one. I lived 10 miles from the Grand Dragon of the KKK and I still never met one. No I didn't meet him either, I am sure I would have had a burning cross in my yard if he knew who my family was.
