Hard to say. I do know that Neo Nazis and kkk organisations have basically dropped a lot of their historic ideology in regards to race and religion. The kkk for instance was very much against Catholics espicially Spainish, poles, Hispanics, Latinos, Italians, and Irish (jews Greeks & Russians too) because they weren't White Anglo Saxon Protestants ( WASPS) but Germans, Scandinavians, Scots English were acceptable but that's been changed because although they are white they weren't the right kind of white. Hispanics now are OK as long as they are white or spainish.
Nazis used used to be very much along the lines of those they deemed to be Aryan that is of German or Scandinavian descent are acceptable but these Neo nazis now accept slavs, Irish, Greeks and others as white. Think its a numbers game in the US as unlike in the 1930s when the KKK and nazis were their strongest in thd US with links to powerful democrat politicians there are a lot more of these other whites that were previously no accepted as white.

Forget titles, simply ask yourself how do various groups today and in history view and treat people they see as different.

There is a lot of overlap. Lies can make people feel better but at some point people are going to want those lies to be true. There is nothing inherently wrong with that but when the lie is along the lines of "you don't have to improve yourself because you are already the master race and all your failings are because you are a victim of race traitors" and so one goes 30+ years not improving themselves because of it, they aren't going to be quick to accept they wasted their life when the option to just shoot everyone who makes them mad or scared is floated to them by some strongman.
